Hi, I’m Melanie — a calm, friendly RMT who’s passionate about helping people feel more at ease in their bodies.
I became a massage therapist to better understand the body and nervous system, and that curiosity has grown into a deep love for supporting clients with anxiety, TMJ tension, chronic stress, and the everyday aches that come with being a “weekend warrior.”
My approach is gentle but firm, intentional, and rooted in creating a space where you can breathe a little deeper and feel truly cared for. I believe massage therapy can beautifully complement mental health work, and I focus on techniques that help quiet the nervous system and release built-up tension.
When I’m not in the studio, you can usually find me lifting at the gym, running, or exploring new trails with my dog. I recently moved here from Toronto and I’m loving every chance to discover what this community has to offer, especially the outdoor spaces!
